Quick Door Question again - got to order tomorrow!!

Guys,

Weighing up the options - both the same size, thickness etc.

Solidcore Pine Timber, with plywood facing $140

MDF paint grade door $90

Any real soundproofing reason not to use the cheaper MDF door?

Nope; not unless the door will be exposed to weather, then the MDF will probably not last as long, and WILL most likely warp (which will hurt seals, which technically IS a sound proofing concern) Steve
