I appreciate the amount of work you put into this site and answering all the various questions.
When it comes hammer time, let me know if I can be of any help in one of your ongoing projects. It's a short flight from San Francisco area to the northern west coast. . . unless, of course you're not actually in Portland area
Construction is going well. Had a scare because my 3/4" purpleheart floors were at the lumber wearhouse, and they just got flooded yesterday with 1 1/2 feet of water. Luckily, my floors are 6 ft. in the air on top of other stuff. . . went and checked this morning.

How 'bout if you just buy my neighbot's house (don't like them anyway) and live next door for the next 5 years or so (+ however long it takes us to do YOUR projects too
