Big Door Problem!! - Ideas please!!

How thick should my walls be, should I float my floors (and if so, how), why is two leaf mass-air-mass design important, etc.

Thanks John, that cleared things up quite a bit. The seals I used were hollow. Very soft rubber type neoprene. If you have a lowes, home depot or some simular store over in NZ look in the weather stripping aisle for M-D Building Products Extreme Temperature Door and Window Weatherstrip P Profile. Here are the specs:

-White 17' Long
-100% EPDM rubber weatherstrip
-Provides superior seal against air and moisture
-Remains flexible to 40 degrees below zero
-Easily installs using self adhesive backing

Anyway, this worked great for me.
