Need advice, 5x8 meter room.

Post by hirocaster »

Hello, I'm new here, I'm finishing the building of my small studio.

My room size is 5 x 8 meter, and height from floor to ceiling 3,5 meter.
The construction is double wall bricks and insulation inside, the isolation is fine, i need help on acoustic treatment. :shot:

I need advice in bass traps and absorbers placement.
How do I start?

I'll track and mix in this room.

Any help will be really appreciatted!

Hiro.

I saw all your videos at youtube, great stuff! Including the cello song, that's amazing :)

Please read the forum RULES (stickies) that can be found at this link:
http://www.johnlsayers.com/phpBB2/viewforum.php?f=17

Please correct your initial post to conform with these rules and guidelines. Many here will not only NOT help while waiting in respect for owners and other better qualified persons to proceed, but will simply ignore these type of posts completely.

You may want to immediately ask "what is it that I have missed". Most often it is as simple as including your geographical location in your profile.

Trust me in that the more you know the better others can help you and that the answer to that question is in the forum rules linked page.

Until then, good luck,

Brien
