half wall diffusion?

Hi,
I want to get opions about different options.
The backwall is (nearly exact) 3 m behind lister position.
In the wall is the entry door so that, the leftside of the door (89 cm wide) is in the exact center of the wall.
So I have serveral options:
1. No diffusion, only absorbtion
At least 10 cm absorbtion on the whole wall and thinner foam absorbtion on the door.
2. Unsymmetrical diffusion
diffusion on listening high on the wall side and foam absorbtion on the door. Rest of the wall absorbtion.
3. Or do I need symmetrie?
diffusion on listening high on the wall side and on the door (this causes a thicker door, due to diffussor on it) rest es descipted.
What would you do?
I calculated that I need at least 20 m² of absorbtion according to sabin. And making the whole wall absorbent would help. This is what I would prefer. But when someone of you prof think, diffussion would make the (5m x 3m) room sound better, I'm open to any opinion.
