helmholtz resonator?

hi, some questions about "1 port resonator":
is it possible to convert the resonator in a different shape than the cube?
For example, five corner box to fit in a corner instead of a cube box as long as it's the same interior volume and the port diameter and port length?
is it possible to calculate the port to be rectangular as long as it is the same port area?
calculate with this, Helmholtz Resonator:

when look at the Hermann von Helmholtz orgial resonator, it's not cubic.
so the question is whether one can use the calculation of mh-audio for this or if it is limited to the cube?
I have made an example of two boxes with the same volume(inside), 89.796 liter:
