Yup! No doubt about it: the folks in the background are wearing traditional Chilean "huaso" costume, ready to dance a pie de cueca!.The dog is from Chile actually
Whenever you see something too cool to be true like that, it just has to be Chilean! (Rumor has it that even the moon is owned by a Chilean....).
