Hi Everybody:)

I make electronic music and have a little so called home studio:) And now I'm planning to invest a little bit in my studio acoustics. I need badly some bass traps and absorbers...I have a lot of bass mud in corners and in listening position I don't have enough bass...Problem is that I don't have really good symmetrical studio room (see picture) and I can't reposition.....so my plan is below.
I can't build bass traps in corners, but I can make new corners with furniture and then fill those with bass traps. Is this helping me a little?? Or is it really bad idea?

There's not enough volume for bass trapping in the location you are thinking of, and your floor plan shows that you don't have much room for normal pass trapping in the vertical corners, so your only hope is the ceiling.

I would suggest that you install proper bass traps in the wall/ceiling corners, around the entire room. Perhaps something like 4" of 703 mounted diagonally in frames, preferably with something additional filling in behind.
