Need reference recommendations for new construction

Hi all!
I am so glad this forum exists! I'm in the planning stages of a large garage which will have a subterranian recording area below. Other than these two books which I found on Amazon, I am looking for recommendations for reference or even local professionals to help. I'll probably be contracting out all of the work except for low-voltage wiring
