question regarding loudness...........

salam ,
i'm from Dhaka ....previously posted at the post "small studio in Dhaka".after completion of my live room ......it seems to me the room is too loud .......it has not any noticeable echos but every snare is killing loud....i mean is it suppose to..?
if not then what should i do to reduce it? the whole studs inside is full of 4" deep and 6" glass wool at the cloth areas........
