I've been reading the links in the FAQ page for construction best ideas.
And I get the general construction of the window and my contractor says he gets it too.
The Glazier is preparing to cut the window, but my concern is. should they be on an angle? so that they aren't perpendicular in the window opening

for example like this: | | , this | / , this \ | or even \ /

and what is the best angle to make, should i have angles in there at all?

i've attached the architects drawing just to give an example of what I am building.
the window is 4x4 square
the glass is 1/2" lami on both sides.
the window frame itself is a pine box on each side of the double wall.
the walls are wood framed, with double 5/8" sheetrock, green glue, roxul in both bays with 3" air gap

There is no acoustic reason to tilt your glass, but there may be a need to do that to avoid light glare, or reflections.

Here's why:
Having said that, I'm wondering why you are bothering with two panes of glass, when clearly you don't need much isolation! You only need a double-glazed window when you use room-in-a-room construction, which you are not doing according to that diagram.
