A deeper version which includes an airgap created by using a channel 50mm deeper than the fibre.

Ah yea I like it... be a good thing to price compare as labour saved is good! Nice perforations as well
I might be doing some with birch ply frames if there’s any money left...pine or hardwood ply if not. always worth getting cutting list done by a merchant as it’s often quicker and more accurate.
