is it ok for me to use 2 pieces of 1/4" plexi-glass instead of me using glass to use between my vocal booth and Ctrl Room????

Only if you want quite a bit less isolation - plexi isn't nearly as heavy as glass - it flexes more, and has less mass, so is bad in more ways than one. You also should NOT use the same thickness in both panes of a window... Steve
