Acoustical Sealant - Nashville

If there's anyone that needs Acoustical Sealant here in Nashville, TN, Rinker Materials is going out of biz here locally and they have 46 tubes left for $2.50 per 29oz tube. (OSI brand)
If I had bought it all, they would have sold to me for $2.00 a tube, but I don't think I need that much, so I only bought 3 cases.
