advisable distance between floor joists

whats the advisable distance between floor joists?? how many studs I must fix between joist, the more the better?? Room sizes are 3 x 5 meters.
Is correct to use 2 plies of particle board of 16 mm on this joists? only 1 ply is enough¿?

400mm is better than 600mm, makes the floor stiffer - if you don't want a boomy floor, I would stay with two layers of the thicker OSB, fill the floor cavities snugly with rockwool, and if it's a damp location put 0.18mm plastic over the frame and rockwool before putting the OSB on - offset all joints between the two layers, and rotate the second layer to run at 90 degrees to the first.

I want to say pieces between joists for strength the structure. But I find that could be at the end of the joists, or other joist to close the square structure...

Finally got some time -
The long joist that ALL other joists fasten to, is called a Rim joist - the cross pieces that keep joists from twisting are usually called Blocking - in upper floor/ceiling frames where it's possible to get at framing from below, these can be replaced with "X" braces. If you're using insulation that comes in 4 foot lengths, this is a good spacing for blocks too... Steve
