Event Studio Precision 8

anyone use these monitors?...how do they compare to the mackie hr824's....i mix bass heavy music so i need to choose the one with the best bass response
Hi there.
I had the oportunity to try out both the Mackie's and the Event's last weekend in the same room and went home with the mackies.
they have a great low end.
the events were a little more soft.
the mackies sound great for anything.
sub response kicks in at around 16hz much lower than the events.
