Hi everybody! My 7 rehearsal rooms are finished and now I'm starting with the studio room. Sizes are 4,90 x 8,90 x 3,50 m. Now walls are concrete block filled with sand. My next step is to build 2 floating floors.

And then build the isolation walls and ceiling over the floating floors, but first of all electric installation must be done, isn't it?

this is the electric outlet plans

but after electric installation, I must do the HVAC and sound snake wiring, isn't it? And then build the drywall. Is that correct or can I do the steel framing without attaching sheetrock and then fit the SNAKE and HVAC?

please help!

Hugo, I'm really tied up for the next week or so; maybe it would help for you to follow through a complete studio build, such as this one -

Be sure to click on ALL the update links on the left side of the page, this should give you a fair idea of what order things get done... Steve
