Help me enclose this room!

I would like to enclose this area to use it for a vocal / drum / tracking room. The room inside will be the control room with all of the gear. I will use that window to see who ever I'll be recording ect...
The kicker is that I have to be able to be able to take it down later (maybe a year or even 5 years) because I plan on reselling the house and would like it to be back to normal.
I am thinking of just building in where the screen is and build a wall to inclose from the rest of the porch.
Some type of weather proof material placed on the screen then 2x4's along the bttom and top of the screen then some type of insulation on the 2x4's.
After that I don't know what I should inclose the inside with. Im thinking of drywall but I could do something like wood with slats in them if the room will stay insulated well (I live in florida) A small AC unit will be in the wall and turned off when recording.
Ill post more details if I can think of any. Please shed some ideas!
I am close to that place that has OC 703 in Orlando if that stuff will help.
So all the brick you see will be their. Would this be a good idea for recording?
