I searching for closed cell foam but nobody knows nothing about this material. Perhaps it has a different name in spanish language. Where can I ask for it? Is used in montain sports? Can I find it in a sports shop?

A simple way of describing it is (I hope I get this right)... Air cannot pass through closed cell foam, but air can pass through open cell foam.

AND you don't want to have anything to do with closed-cell foam in an isolation situation.

Window contruction. But the guy who will install the window don't know about EMDP and closed cell foam. He uses rubber and silicone caulk.

Well, one type of closed cell foam would be the stuff you get in a spray can that expands to 3 or 4 times it's size. That should be available in any good hardware/building supply store.

But this is expanded polystyrene in spray. The expanded polystyrene is closed cell. But its cells are air filled. It works?
Is better than acoustic caulk?

It all depends on what you are trying to do with it! You haven't told us except that it has something to do with windows. Are these windows in a recording studio or in a house? If you are talking about sealing a window, I'd use calk not foam. This type of foam is useless for audio applications.
Regardless of what the chemical make up is, it
IS a closed cell foam which is what you were asking about. I believe neoprene is also a closed cell foam but I'm not 100% sure. Perhaps there are two type of neopreen.
