Green Glue and Acoustic Caulk for Sale

Hi Y'all.
I live in West L.A. I just finished a Garage Studio Conversion and I want to unload some extra materials. Here's what I've got:
-1 case of Green Glue. I bought 7 cases and treated the entire room. I wound up with 1 case left over. This would cost about $195 shipped. I'll sell it for $100.
-8 big 29 oz. tubes of USG Acoustical Sealant (Caulk). I paid $5/tube. I'll sell for $20.
You can make offers on the above if you'd like. Also, if you're curious what a room treated with Green Glue performs like, you can hear it in my garage when you come over!
