Help!! I feel out of my league

A good friend is building a new studio and has asked me to help. He has already acquired the building. It was previously a night club that featured live music so it has a great vibe with the local community. A long ime ago I watch the build out of a large studio, so I know just enough to realize that we will need pro help very shortly, but I just wanted to get some layout ideas. Any suggestions greatly appreciated. Thanks.
