Weatherstripping

Rod Gervais' book suggests the use of "General Motors Type K" weatherstripping for door seals. I've been unable to find this stuff anywhere. Anyone else have better luck?

they don't carry type k though, anybody know where we can get some?

well, when i checked out type L, which they do carry, the picture came up like the one in rods book, which is supposed to be called type k,
anyway i ordered a bunch and will let you know if it's the right stuff when it arrives

i got my shipment, and yes the type they call "L" is the type rod calls "k" in his book, soooooo....
i'm psyched!

i just looked at the link to JC Whitney, and unless the changed their site, or Rod has more than one book. . . type K is the same. not type L. it looks like both will work. . . but figure 5.8 in Rod's book on page 97 has a close up view identical to the picture on the JC site.
