I think I've worn google out...

Anyone know of a place that one could purchase a TOSLINK patch panel? Capable of handling ADAT signals?

It can be a passive device, there will be no matrixing necessary as my recorders do this internally over ethernet. I essentially need to get fiber from over there, to over here, and bury it in the walls. I'd like not to have ends hanging out because thats how they get broken. Patch cords can be replaced between the wall and the units, and the other wall and the console

Any leads would be appreciated. my worse case scenario is to purchase F-F adaptors and epoxy them to an aluminum plate as a pass-thru.

here is a UK source. they do a universal panel and you slot in any combination of a number of different inserts to get the connections you need:

Thats very cool, but probably overkill.

Essentially what I need is a patch panel plate, to install in the wall behind the console table, and an identical patch panel plate, in the side wall, where the recorders are going to be. Much like we'd do for XLR, or TRS 1/4", etc. Just need it to be adat toslink! I've already run the fiber, actually, and have to zap holes and reach down to pull it out to whatever patch panel I find/use.

I also found that keystone makes toslink clip-ins for their standard wallplates, which are compatible with leviton audio/phone/cable TV wallplates, which i can buy in home depot. 6 connections per plate, and they have end stackable plates and end caps for such. Just need the little toslink snap ins.

BTW, if you want to run ADAT much further away than the spec, use glass fiber optic cable rather than the normal stereo store / rat shack plastic fiber cables. Glass has a much lower optical loss than plastic, though making the ends requires a special kit to melt them on and is not exactly for everyone.
