John, how do I attach a picture? There is the img button button but I am a little hazy on how it works. I have posted a picture at the bbc with your changes but I am a little concerned.

The [img] option allows you to direct to an image on another website. You can't directly attach a picture like at HR - we don't have to pay for the program either - unlike HR
We've now added a picture attachment option. See "add attachment" at the bottom of the reply page
