Expensive spring vs budget isolation hangers

I'm at the final stage of planning my recording room on my concrete slab studio.
I'll be using a 3 sheet 12.5mm gypsum on metal studs. Room dimension is 3.5x9 m , height 2.45.

The whole construction will be laid and fastened directly on the concrete floor.
Due to the ceiling's weight, I've been advised to use a suspended ceiling with acoustic hangers otherwise I would need supporting beams in the middle of the room (something i do not want obviously) .

Right now im between 2 options that are available to my area from the same company. One's cheap, the other one's a spring and 4x more expensive.

Rubber mount (Natural frequency over 15Hz) Uses less headroom:

So my question is this, if a suspended ceiling is the way to go how much worse will sound transmission be versus the -ceiling restin on walls method- ?
secondly what about the hangers? any opinions on which i should choose, do the spring ones justify their cost on a real life scenario?

Anyone? I'm having a really hard time to find any answer on this. Or should I choose stronger steel joists to support the lightweight steel construction. But that would require more steel as well to beef up the walls. I'm baffled

Just a quick update, I decided to go on with suspending my ceiling using the Rubber mount isolation hangers. I guess I'm going to see and post the results pretty soon.
