Help placing and setting controls on my new Genelec 1032A's

Hello Everyone!

I am very excited to start using my new speakers; a pair of Genelec 1032A's, but i don´t have the option to soffit mount them, and i would really appreciate any tips on placing them as near-fields, on the sides of my Argosy console housing,... how tall should they be? how far from back wall, console, listening position, and how should i set the controls if i use them as near-fields. My control room is 3mts wide x 5 mts long x 2.5 mts tall.
