U - isolation or one wall isolation

How thick should my walls be, should I float my floors (and if so, how), why is two leaf mass-air-mass design important, etc.

I'm thinking a another new idea for my jamming rooms :roll: ...

the first one is a make a U with the isolation walls. Over concrete block filled with sand, and on a floating floor, put a gypsiun(13mm) + rockwool(40mm) with steel studs but not the oposite wall to the othe room.

next room will be on the right side.

The othe idear is apply the isolation wall only on the right side...

Does any idea works? :oops:
