Star grounding question ...

Hi, I have a question about the star grounding star system. The electrician told me if I want to do this star system the ground of each outlet meets in the box

before the main electric control (I don't know the name in english)

. That will work or each ground wiring must reach the main ground??

Could you correct the draw if it's wrong, please?

I'm not sure if my question is answered in that thread. I'll try to explain my doubt.

From the electric panel rises the wiring tube, with ground wire, the blue wire and the black wire for all the rooms in my ware house. When this tube arrives to bathroom, there is a box like the box in the pic above and the tube get 3 ways, 1) it goes on to the next room, 2) another tube goes to the bathroom swich 3) another tube goes to bathroom light... (see the pics below)

when the option 1) tube arrives to the studio door, the star grund system must start, and here another box must be splitered in many outlets as studio needs for star grounding , isn't it??

but, is correct to spliter from this box or must be splitered from the main ground??

Do you have just the one main panel, or do you have a subpanel that is for the studio?

Typically, in a star ground scenario, you have a ground wire for each individual outlet. In other words, do not tie or daisy chain the ground wire from outlet to outlet then back to the panel.

Each ground wire for each outlet needs to come back to a central point, then out to a grounding rod. You can however, have multiple outlets sharing the same Hot & Neutral wires, just not the ground.

If this still doesn't make since, let me know, I'll try to do another diagram. Or if have a diagram of your electrical layout, that would be helpful.

I think I'm in the correct way. This is the diagram of my question:

All three outlets ground meets in the spliter box but not from outlet to outlet. if this is correct I have no problem. But if three outlets ground must reach the main ground box below the electric panel, I have a problem.
