What type of concrete sealant?

Talk about isolation needs! I thought I had it bad.

The guy who designed my studio said to put it into a shell and so that's what I'm doing.

I saw one of your other posts indicating possible negative effects of having two many walls (or something to that affect) but I'm not sure I fully understand the issue. Granted, if you look at the JPG, you'll see that there are only double walls, no triple walls.

Right now I'm trying to learn all I can about concrete sealers so I'm ready as soon as it's poured. (Now that I know I want to seal it rather than put polyethylene underneath)

What did you do, Steve?
