NY supplier of OC 705-FRK that will do small orders

How thick should my walls be, should I float my floors (and if so, how), why is two leaf mass-air-mass design important, etc.

I can't find a place in NY (near NYC) that will sell me 705-Frk thats not by the truckload..anybody know a place I could get like a little?
