Help?? a question about (((SonoPan))))

How thick should my walls be, should I float my floors (and if so, how), why is two leaf mass-air-mass design important, etc.

hi am trying to soundproof a closet for recording vocals without breaking down the walls ... my question is.. would i get descent result by putting sonopan outside the walls and then acoustic foam ...if not ...whats the best way to achieve this... thank u for ur time
