heat shrink for drain wire(25AWG) Mogami 2932

I need to insulate 48 drain wires to avoid shorts on the cable(terminating to d-sub 25 female connectors). The smallest heat shrink at my local electronics store is 1/16". Does anyone make smaller h.s. tubing than this?? Is there an alternative to the heat shrink? Because of the connector design, each drain wire is about 1" bare and all 24 conductors "loom" too close for comfort.

Help!!
