what acoustic treatment?!

I am currently doing a project at college about setting up my own studio and need help with acoustic treatments.
It has become apparent that i have problem frequencies between 50 and 70hz
and wondered if anyone can give me detailed information on what treatments are best, where i can buy them
and how much they cost
