having gone a bit deeper into acoustic , I got convinced that my room acoustic layout is absolutely uncontrollable.
attached you'll find the relevant PDF plans.
I think the only solution here is the really nearfield one, meaning having the monitors as near to the ears as a headphone in order to remove the room reflections.
Any suggestion would be welcome while I'll start looking for a new house ...

Marcello, I think you're right; that room is about as acoustically unbalanced as any I've seen. Even extreme nearfield may not help enough, but it's probably all you can do. You may want to get some 4" rockwool or rigid fiberglass in about 3 PCF, or 48 kG/m^3 weight, and do a U-shaped shelter around both sides and the back of your speakers; that may also help even things out some for you, and you can always use those materials in a new place for either the same thing or for broadband corner traps, etc - ...
