Triple leaf

How thick should my walls be, should I float my floors (and if so, how), why is two leaf mass-air-mass design important, etc.

Does having three leaves actually decrease LF isolation? Or is it just not any better than having 2 leaves? I ask becasue I am considering how to do my window construction in my 1 room studio.
