Bear in mind that some of the folks here (myself included) do not have Sketchup, so it is usually a good idea to post a JPG as well. Otherwise, we're discussing what we cannot see.

At what frequency? Remember, low end TL is hard to achieve, but at least you don't need a whole lot of it. Think of a relatively low hill that is very steep: it's harder to climb than a taller hill that is more shallow.
I'm not the calculation guy... But the more info you provide, the quicker you'll be able to get "real" expert answers... Not fake, made-up crap that I like to spout off.
