How thick should my walls be, should I float my floors (and if so, how), why is two leaf mass-air-mass design important, etc.

3 basic rooms. Main room is 15x11.5 feet, lobby is 8x5 feet and iso booth 5x4 feet. New subfloor with U boats, new wall on new subfloor. 1-2 inch airspace around main room.
