Ht construction

How thick should my walls be, should I float my floors (and if so, how), why is two leaf mass-air-mass design important, etc.

Which should be done first in an HT construction? The side walls,front wall,back wall or ceiling? Im planning on putting insulation to help with soundproofing.

We're not really a HT site, although the same principles apply as far as soundproofing and acoustics go - if you follow the "dont even THINK..." post, it takes you to the REFERENCE section.
