60 hertz lowpass filters ?

What is three phase electrics? how do I wire a patchbay? ask all your techo questions here.

...Just received a number of 100 amp, single leg , 60 hz lowpass filters.
I'm wonderng if these might be of value if installed in line to my mains breaker box? Thanks,Eddie..
